Sam was great start to finish, explained everything and meticulous in his work and totally trustworthy in your home.

From the moment he arrived to quote for us, Sam was both professional and friendly. He put us at our ease about the job we asking to have done and was really flexible about certain aspects of the job (we had a second hand stove, and were looking to source the hearth stone ourselves).. Sam was punctual and completed the job within the timeframe he'd said when quoting. He was clean and tidy and covered everything with dust sheets to protect our home.. Sam's quality of work is excellent. He took time to explain to me what was happening at each stage, explaining the choice of materials and why he'd selected them, outlining the benefits of each one. He carried out all of the safety checks required, smoke tests etc, and took time to explain how best to operate the stove.. We are delighted with the job Sam has done, and with the care he has taken with our home. We would 100% recommend him; If only we needed a second stove!!
